Jim done a network project for me at my store and done a fantastic job,I highly recommend Jim to anyone who needs computer issues resolved

I call on Jim for all my computer problems. Large or small, he is always there. I had 2 virus, on 2 different occasions, and he came right over and corrected the problem right away. I recommend Jim, all the time. I am so glad that he is only a phone call away.

I had a problem with my computer and called Jim. He responded immediately, diagnosed the problem, helped to solve it going out of his way to go where we needed to get what was necessary, then returned, set up and did not leave until all was in order. Incredible service and VERY reasonable charge. I recommend 100%

I hired Jim to work with me as a teacher, a consultant and an administrator for my current IT requirements. Jim has vast knowledge in his field of expertise and is able to adapt to his clients IT capabilities with outstanding accomplishment of his clients goal sets. I feel almost as if I am an IT expert in subject matter I targeted with Jim for knowledge and know how improvement. He helped me upgrade my IT hardware and software and gave me solid solutions to meet my upcoming business requirements. All of this was accomplished in just a few half day sessions with Jim. Jim was effective and succinct with time management and accomplishment ; his style is down to earth and easy to understand. While it was all business with Jim I still enjoyed my time with Jim, he is a pleasure to work with.

I recently bought a new laptop and wanted to transfer everything from my old one. In the process I screwed up something big time. Called a friend of mine who highly recommended Jim from JC Computers. He not only recovered my info he also taught me some tricks with the new laptop I would have never even known about. Jim is extremely patient and knowledgable. I highly recommend him.
