Dr. Bernstein was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey. He went to Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey where he earned his B.S. in Biology in 1971. For several years he went on tour as a rock and roll musician. He returned to school and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College in 1978. He was a member of the Phi Chi Omega Honor Society For Scholastic Achievement. He is also the developer of God-Breathing CD, a relaxing, therapeutic procedure that combines the Holy Scriptures and beautiful classical music with a special breathing technique. It is available in English and in Spanish.
