Worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. Had cash in hand and walked out. Went to Graff Chevrolet in Sandusky where I was treated with respect.

Service Dept was not willing to do warranty repairs. They tried to convince me it was my responsibility to pay for work because of the oil filter I choose. Now I have to fight with the Corporate office to convince them. They would not even listen to our concerns. Their customer service skills left alot to be desired. I was treated like I did not know an oil filter from a steering wheel. The service dept manager was arrogant and rude to us. He rushed us out of his office as soon as he could without addressing our concerns and instead pushed us off to the showroom area so we could call Corporate. I will not buy another vehicle from this dealership. By the way, my buying experience 18 months ago with this car was horrible! I will not take my car for service to this dealership. I would not recommend anyone go to this dealership. There is another GM dealer on the corner of Fred Moore Hwy & King Rd in St. Clair. Go there instead. Moran is not our only option. Also, as we sat in the showroom to make our calls the salesmen ignored us and went on with their conversations about charging people too much and convincing them to get financing at high rates, as if we were not even there.

I would recomend them to any one fast service and Mr. Barker the general manger is one of the nicest people you will ever meet I would not go any where else for my car repairs.
