Used a few months ago, showed up today to get my car I reserved and they refused my card since it wasn't attached to a physical bank; the same card they took last time. Now I've been rushing around on a Saturday to find a different place to make it to a wedding, and most rental places close at noon on Saturdays. Also had to get a cab to take me back home costing me more money. Unprofessional, I'll be deleting my Enterprise Plus accounts and make sure that my company never uses these clowns.
