i have been going to chans for 5+ years and i honestly love it. close to never having any complaints. people giving it 1 star just because they couldnt get crab legs. is honestly extremely rude.



no buffet could stay in business by bringing crab legs out constantly

So it was good at one time but when you pay for the buffet you want the whole buffet the pepper steak had no peppers or onions the crab came out with 3 clusters at a time and was about 30 min apart with 40 people waiting for the crab when i asked about the crab the waitress ignored me then i asked again and she laughed. There was no manager either so i guess they just do what they want. Will never go again

Would like to get crab legs for my 50.00. I even asked our server and was ignored if u dont wish to serve the crablegs dont advertise them on the buffet this is the last time i will visit this place

The food is delicious, the staff is so friendly and the dishes move quickly and are fresh. Have been going to this restaurant for 4 years or more.

When they first opened, they were wonderful, but the quality of the food has gone steadily downhill.
