A home run!. They called. They came as arranged and did a through job, taking about ten pounds of lint and debris out of my dryer vent, including a bird's nest. As a note, I had the dryer vent cleaned last year. I must have been doing a great deal of laundry. I would recommend them highly

I'm the 3rd owner of a 20 year old house and you would not believe the buildup of junk that had collected in the A/C ducts. Doc hooks up a huge vacuum (outside) then ran something that looked like a roto-rooter tool down all of the ducts and returns. The process is loud and the cats were not happy, but Doc was aware of their needs and did all he could to reduce their stress. Although the A/C condenser is a sealed unit, Doc did his best to clean it out for me. He also gave me advice on the size of the A/C filter I'd been using. Dedicated, knowledgeable, and pet friendly, Doc is the kind of guy you can trust in your house.
