so when I don't have time I usually run in there for a light clean up that starts at $24.15 it can go up from there depending on what extras you would like them to do if I explained to you prior to your service well I was not told that I was going to be charged a total of $20 for a flat iron after she had completed my cutI assumed having a very short pixie cut that she was just checking their shape all around and when I called to speak to a manager and her name was amber she explained to me well there's nothing I can do and I'll just let my workers know to let people know before they start doing services what they're going to be charged for and she actually had the nerve to ask me if I was going to my next appointment and didn't even receive an apology. therefore i paid $44.15 for a trim and a flat iron. Otherwise they did seem to be sweet lol

friendly and fun staff. Great hairstylist. very professional and knowledgable. i came in as a walk in. Erin did an awesome job with my cut and style. She was very knoweledgeable and helpful. You can tell she really likes doing hair and takes the time to do her best with my hair. couldn't ask for more for a $24 hair cut! great value.

Imagine your worst haircut... this is still worse. Went to get my daughter's bangs trimmed and she came out with the "dumb & dumber" look. Never again! Waste of $5 and our time.
