My husband has a direct deposit set up with these people and literally can't access his money until the next day and their hours make it hard to reach them. Plus their card does not work on certain ATMs, if you use it on those ATMs it will literally shred it or not give it back. So disappointing....

I would tell her this is a hometown, friendly bank.
