Why One Star? Should be 0 stars. Stopped there on Sunday 6/19 to purchase some items. I grew up in Forney so I have been coming here my entire life. Rain was extremely heavy about 2:00 that day. I was not able to pull in the front because of all of the cars under the awning. Went around back ~ where the trucks fuel up and pulled up to a pump with a pylon right in the center which indicated to me -do not use. There was a white car parked in the front of the pylon with no one in it. I parked behind it waiting for my husband to return with our items. Some lady came out screaming yelling, throwing her arms in the air giving me dirty looks. She opened the white car door and locked it. I could not hear what she was saying only that she was upset with me for some reason. I was in my car running with the windows up. My husband came out and said she was inside throwing a fit and cursing at him and everyone else because they were parked under the coverings. We are paying customers and should Never have been treated this way. I decided to go back in and ask her name. She said Carole. I asked for her last name and she said it was none of my business. Told her I was going to report her. She gave me a really dirty look then and threw her hands up... When we were driving off when she took out a camera and commenced to take a photo of my license plate. I'll bet she even called the police. For what I have No idea. I would like this nasty lady Carol reprimanded for her unprofessional actions. Hopefully she was not a manager. I would recommend never stopping or shopping at Knox Fuel stop in Forney, Tx.
