got a phantom 4 from them it came not working. also had no factory labels on it. when I called them they said not their problem I have to deal with dji. warning to all they do not back their sales.

This is a residence--not a brick and mortar business. Wasted drive to see and talk first-hand. No mention of this fact on the website.
