My cameras are starting to fail at night and Mitchel is trying to blame it on new outside lighting but is the same outside lighting as when he installed the system five years ago Maybe because my service contract is coming to an end he doesn't want to do the work

This is the 2nd time I have used this company. I had the owner set me up with a new alarm and 4 camera system. The alarm works great but it's the camera system that is awesome. We have to ability to watch our business live from our laptop computer. Also, we can see what is going on by simply watching my iPhone. The picture quality is very nice, even at night. Great system and great service. We are very happy with Alarm Central Monitoring.

They did a good job installing my alarm system and I'm saving money on the monitoring. I recommended them to a neighbor and they had theirs installed last month. I have had their service for just over a year and I am happy. My 2 cents.

The owner came to my home 90 minutes after calling. He gave me an education about the alarms and help me choose what was best for me. I like just the basics myself but the options they had were numerous. The next day it was installed and now I feel much safer. The neighborhood is changing and I wanted to know that central station was there if I needed them. And they are less expensive. Mitchell was honset and available when I needed him.
