This property manager is absolutely awful. If you call them with a complaint or question you will be verbally abused and threatened by the owner. The shareholders have been trying to get rid of them for years but there is a group of board members that continue to defend them. They are incompetent thugs.

Fanny is really polite when answering the phone and held all the answers regarding any type of legal services I needed. I also called back numerous times and she always made sure to get all information that I needed regarding management of a condominium. She returned all missed calls from me, was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I recommend this company due to their responsiveness and eagerness to get objectives done.

Horrible, unprofessional, and completely incompetent. Should only be communicated with through an attorney. I have never dealt with such a jarring level of unpleasantness paired with such utter ineptitude. Shocked they are still in business.
