I absolutely adore this bakery, but recently I bought a fruit tart from them (that I’ve purchased many times before) and had a terrible reaction to the kiwi on the tart. I don’t know if it was a fluke or what. I had to throw it away. My throat was itching, and I was coughing nearly twenty minutes later. I don’t know if they simply used a piece of fruit that had some weird pesticides on it, or what. It’s such a shame, because the fruit tart was one of my favorites, but I think I’ll steer clear of the fruit covered sweets from here, unless they start using pesticide free fruit, or something. Other than that, their cakes and pastries are divine. I’ve never had a reaction like the one I had with that fruit tart ever in my life.

Delicious cakes, pastries and desserts. Food is rich and tasty and satisfying. Definitely get their cookies and creak cakes. LOVE IT!

I absolutely would recommend this place to anyone that wants to have a nice dessert. You can never go wrong with whatever you have, their lemon poppy seed pound cake is delicious and so are there cakes. I love the strawberry shortcake as well as their berry napolean. I always look forward to enjoying a dessert from this place, they are just too good to be able to turn down. Just keep in mind they are always busy, so come and expect to be on line for some time when they are too busy but it's so worth the wait

Moist cake, rich frosting. Better than Magnolia's.
