When we first went in we were treated great. as one reviewer said, make sure what you ordered is what you get, they did our trailer wrong but worked out in our favor. The trailer it's self (car trailer) was pretty flimsy, we took it to a welder and had it all reinforced for our comfort and piece of mind. it took us over 7 months to get the title and registration but only after called every other week for over 2 months. we even went in one time and we were constantly told it was the DMV error not theirs, but after 7 months of calling them, when we said we were going to the DMV they actually sent someone and got it fixed. I think we would have been happier buying a used trailer off of craigslist. Call other trailer places first, after they make the sale the customer service goes out the window. they tell you they will call you back and they don't. I waited until I got my registration to write this review so they didn't hold it against me.
