If it were possible to leave zero stars for these scammers, I would have done so. This company replaced all of the windows in my parents' home (with the exception of one) about 25 years ago. Ever since, at an average rate of about twice a year, during driving rain storms (usually 'noreasters'), several gallons of water enter over the course of several hours through the rear ground floor dining room set of windows which are among those replaced by Riviera. Over the years, I have had several contractors try to isolate the source of the problem and had the rear brick wall repointed several times but to no avail. The most recent episode was during a heavy driving rainfall on May 13, 2017. Subsequent to that, a contractor came to assess the situation and he pointed out that the company that installed the replacement windows years ago - Riviera - failed to caulk around the outermost perimeter where the vinyl meets the brick on both sets of windows (upstairs and downstairs) and says that that would be the first thing he would address to try to resolve the issue as the driving rain is no doubt finding ingress through the upstairs bedroom window due to the lack of caulking and then running down the interior wall behind the brick facade to the dining room window frame - the top of which is where the leaks are observed. Although Riviera failed to caulk around ANY of the replacement windows including those in the front of the house, the rear wall where the problem windows are faces east and therefore is vulnerable to the driving rains blown in by the noreasters we get a few times a year in this region which is precisely when the rain comes in by the bucket through the dining room windows.

I had just shortly before the 5/13/17 rain had the wood frame around the downstairs dining room window where the water comes in rebuilt and repainted as it was badly rotted due to the moisture exposure over those many years. Now in early June of 2017, the brand new paint is starting to peel.
