I Cheerfully drove into Burger...

I Cheerfully drove into Burger KIng Sunday afternoon 7/17/2011 for my order totaling $10.32 . Proceeded to second window in my clean car and was met with a young Korean gentleman that informed me by the tone of his voice that i wouldn't be able to pay the small amount due . Then he had a problem with my using a credit card requesting cash which was not convenient to me so I gave him my visa card. Food was served to me and window was then closed on me without return of my card by a young latino gentleman . Card was returned to me after loudly voicing my complaint and then I was asked if I wanted a receipt and was rudely told I would have to wait a while for it. Did they really think because of problems ( as they stated)with their credit card reader that they were entitled to hold my card and let me drive away without my card because of problems with their system? Fortunately a sweet young lady in what appeared to be a managerial type position was able to come to my rescue and politely issue me my receipt. The first two gentleman I encountered are in great need of training in dealing respectfully with the public and as an inspector carrying a badge for the city of New York earning three times what the first gentleman who doubted my ability to pay earns I can only say he has alot to learn about dealing with the public and it will be a long time before he is mature enough to graduate Burger KIng.
