My toilet was backup, so i called the company. A technician came checked and told me that they would have to charge me $300 for their service. I agreed. After he finished the job, he did not put the toilet bowl back right. it started leaking on the bottom. Ten days later, my toilet was backup again and i called them back. A new technician showed up at my door on the next day and he took a quick look and told me that he would be right back and just disappeared. A hour later, i had to call the company to find out where he went and then i was told that the issue had to be deal by the first technician since it was their company policy and i was told first technician would not come in until three days later. i was little annoying since i explained to them clearly over the phone when i first called in that it was a recall for the job the first technician did, why didn't they schedule the first technician at the first place if that was their company policy. I asked them if they would be able to send someone else to fix it instead of three days later. They told me no. I requested to speak to the manager, but i was put on hold for five minutes and was told me that the manager was not in until three days later. Three days later, the first technician showed up and he told my family that if he had to remove the toilet bowl again to do the job, he had to charge me again. so he just snaked the pipe from the bathtub and hoped that would work. A week later, same problem happened again. When i called them back, they told me that they would have to charge me. I explained to them that the first technician never fix the problem and addition to it, he messed up my toilet bowl which caused leaking on the bottom of my toilet bowl. they did not care at all. So i demanded to speak to the supervisor. Again, i was put on hold for about ten minutes and then i was told that the supervisor was not available and the first technician would call me when he came to work.
