I knew that working with Spartan Vanlines was the right choice from the beginning after speaking with them, who were extremely helpful leading up to the move. They arrived on time and the moving process even more seamless than I could've imagined. They moved everything out and in quickly and efficiently, despite the heat and 4th floor walk up.Thanks again!

Spartan Vanlines guys treated my belongings as if they were their own. Very nice movers. Quick and efficient! Arrived on time and finished early.

I had three people and that was best. Two were able to move big furniture while the third was moving smaller items.

Great service! Spartan Vanlines were very fast and careful! Had a crew of 4 guys come to our house. All of them were motivated and very respectful. Would recommend them to anyone. They also come with extra supplies in case you need. No false promises. All good things with competitive rates. Great job, team!

My husband and I are both veterans and moving back home to take care of my sick grandfather. We got a quote of $5100 for a TOTAL move for a 1500 sqft house with 3 bdrms. We contacted some other moving companies, who came to the house and did an inventory of everything. Other companies quoted us about $10000, we sent Spartan the inventory list from the other companies as well as took pictures of all our stuff; to give a detailed report of all we had so there wouldn't be any surprises. The Spartan representative, Scott, said our price would remain $5100 because it "included a buffer and he has been doing this for many years and knows we will be fine." Our scheduled move was on Thursday, May 10 and we hadn't received any confirmation from Spartan as to what time they were coming. So, my husband made several phone calls getting ahold of someone to tell us "they will probably be there between 8-11am." The QA department, called us THE DAY BEFORE we were supposed to move to get measurements of some of our big items, this came out to a total of $6400. Then we got a call from dispatch saying they aren't coming AT ALL on Thursday but on Friday! We got a window of 8-11am Friday, and they showed up after 1pm! They came with only 2 guys to do a FULL pack that was ASSURED to us they would be able to do it all in one day. They had to get 2 more guys to help, who WEREN'T a part of Spartan and they made US pay them in CASH. Well, it turned 11pm and they told us that they wouldn't finish AND they "ran out of room" on their truck! They had to figure out how to get another truck or take our stuff to storage to come back and get the rest of our stuff. Saturday morning rolled around and they didn't show up til after 10am and weren't done until after 3pm! Once we were done they gave us a bill for $15k! THATS 3X THE ORIGNIAL QUOTE! Our total cuft came out to over 2400! They obviously over stuffed boxes with bubble wrap and paper to make more money. They are holding our stuff until we pay.
