We went here for the holiday (1/16/17). This is the first time we had been since they reopened with a new second level. We loved it and had a great time. They have a huge new parking area. There was so much to do, my 3 grandkids loved it! They mostly stayed upstairs in the trampoline area. We got there around lunch and ate pizza (it was huge, got a to-go box for the leftovers) hot wings and fries. it was all hot & delicious. Armbands for 2 hours were very reasonable. The whole building appeared clean and looked great. We will be going back ! Read so many bad reviews, we experienced nothing but friendly service (especially at the check in area) and once again, the food was great. All in all, 2 thumbs up.

Horrible company run by a bunch of kids, are not handicapped accessible so parents can not go to the upper floor to watch their small children because there's only stairs. Employee should inform parents of this prior to the purchase of the wristbands they would not give me a refund because I could not go upstairs . Average cost is $30 per child and now limit wristbands to 2 hours. Not worth it.

Over crowded,terriable parking

Very expensive even after you pay general admission. Will go back to The Bounce Palace, one price for come and go play.

NEVER AGAIN!!! I HAD HELD A PARTY FOR MY DAUGHTER ON 2/17 and got there 30 mins before the party 2/26 and they told me I don't have a party... Then told me I reserved the highest party when I know I didn't bc I have little kids in my party and the balance was 249 arguing back and forth with managers and employees!!! so digested!!! I hate I JUST SPENT $350 on some bullsh*t but it was for my daughter... I thought I was getting host, someone to help me decorate for a birthday party for my daughter and I had to decorate the party myself with no help!!! they put one of my child's gifts with the wrong party and never found it! THE PIZZA WAS BURNT! And one of my guest saw a little boy punch a little girl and it scared my guest! Kids trampled on my 4 year old and the MANAGEMENT AND STAFF IS PATHETIC! I WOULD NEVER IN LIFE RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ELSE AND HOPE THAT MF SHUT DOWN!! DONT SUPPORT THIS GARBAGE PLACE!

This place is HORRIBLE!! Customer service is awful and management staff is incompetent! They serve meatless, cold pizza and no napkins or plates on the table. This place should be shut-down and will not be in business long. When approached about the dissatisfaction, management was not accommodating and acted as if it was routine. I will never, ever come here again. Beware!!!!! Don't come here!

I HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN THERE YET,BUT WHEN I CALLED TO GET SOME INFO THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD EMAIL ME THE PRICING...STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE EMAIL. I HAVE TO AGREE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL!!!!

Customer service is awful. It seems that it is managed by a bunch of teenagers that lack the minimum customers skills. They are not friendly, never smile and act as if they are bothered when asked a question. I booked a party for 25 kids (wish I'd done research before spending so much money). We had 1 party hostess for a bunch of 9 year olds. The teenage hostess yelled at the children to raise their hands and to keep them raised because she couldn't read their minds and she was tired of repeating herself. AWFUL AWFUL. For the amount of money I paid, a smile and a little friendliness would have gone a long way.

Great place to have kids through teens birthday parties! Party Safari has a tasty little grille that you can eat at while your child plays. The kids rave about the lazer tag room, which I will agree is one of the most extravagant lazer tag rooms that I have ever seen.

I went for the first time today not as part of a party group. Very disappointed with the lack of supervision at each area (non-existent except for the bungy jump and bumper cars) . Staff and guardian lack of supervision will make it unlikely that I spend any money here in the future. When I wasn't tripping over jackets and shoes scattered all over the floor, I was supervising children (who I didn't know) about safety and general courtesy for others. Ridiculous!!!! Owner/Manager was nowhere to be found. I RARELY write reviews but felt pretty strongly about this one.

Party Safari is the best place I been beside the fact it is clutered these people reviews are just desperate people who wants to criticize

This place is a zoo! Do not book a birthday party !!!!! Way over priced, unorganized ,hot ,too small, parking sucks, most of the staff could care less, don't waste your time or money!

This place is by far the worst business I have been in the city of Flowood. The service sucks to high heaven. The place is overbooked and very unorganized. You need a small fortune to do anything in this place. I would recommend going to south jackson after dark before going to this suck hole. Go to pump it up to chuck cheese. Not this place if you want to have a decent time

Party Safari is horrible!!! I called and asked did I have to have a party they me no. When I made it I had my own cake they waited uniyl me and my

guests paid our money to say that we couldn't have our cake in the inside!! Unorganized place and will not be coming back.

HORRIBLE! Unorganized! Shoes scattered all over the floor. Hot and smelled bad. OVER priced. The spider jump, bummer cars only last 3 minutes for $3. Serious I asked and yes staff acknowledged it. Only 2 inflatables that a 5 year could enjoy. The arcades vary in price from $2 and up. For my money and time I will choose Pump It Up for my next outing with the grandchildren.

Very poorly run. Only a fraction of the needed parking spaces. Disorganized - was very difficult to figure out where to go and what to do when arriving for a party. The wristbands were not explained and the signage is poor or nonexistent, so we ended up waiting in lines for activities only to be told we needed additional tickets when we finally got to the front. If there is air conditioning, it is totally inadequate--it was at least 85 degrees inside and sweat was pouring off kids and their miserable parents. Very few chairs for parents. No place to leave shoes, so they end up being tripped over everywhere. Pizza was burned. Party rooms cramped with poor service. Assistant was cutting cake in 4-inch squares for five-year-olds--mother had to ask her to serve smaller pieces. fun inflatables for the kids, but otherwise a horrible and disappointing experience.

I REALLY wish I would have read the reviews before having my sons party here. The service was terrible! Too many inexperienced, including the owner. Where we were promised to not have to do anything, we had to do everything! They messed up my sons cake, forgot the ice cream, I had to slice and serve cake and drinks. Didn't have time to open gifts, The pizza wasnt ready on time... It was horrible.

Had my daughters birthday party there they were so unorganized they lost her presents. They really need more kid friendly staff they all looked like they hated life.. The games and inflatables were fun but I wouldn't recommend having a birthday here!!!

This place really SUCKS for birthday parties!! They don't know what they are doing at all. Don't waste your money!!

i went i think a day after i passed by they was having a party it looked very nice inside lots to do far as the kids
