My family and I use to love Mugshots Grill until the incident that happen last night.. I had reservation for twenty people(celebrating my daughter 17th birthday)@ 7 o'clock, we made it there about 6:45 only to find that six people was sitting at our table set up for twenty guest. When we inform the manager about the people sitting in our seat, instead of her moving them downstairs(where there was plenty of tables to seat six people) she told us that a reservation isn't guranteed....WTH!!!!! As many time as we have been there or anywhere else, I have never heard of such a LIE!!!!The manager(Leslie) was very rude and wasn't trying to accommodate us at all..Was this a racism issue or what!!!!!!The waitress upstairs even made the statement that she knew she had another party coming at seven and that she thought they was part of our party....Okay, now you all know they aren't....why can't you tell them that those seat are reserve for a party of twenty and ask them to move to another table, they hadn't order their food or nothing...and another thing, why was they allowed to seat at a table set up for twenty people?? I will not recommend this place to nobody else, the food there is really good, but the management is rude and vicious!!!!

This is not the place if you are African American.. My friend and I visited Mug Shots on a Wednesday night back in October 2011. We entered and was showed a table and given menus. After sitting there for 15 minutes with no water, and service we LEFT. I was so ashamed and mad. I've told all of my friends to NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE. Thank God the Mug Shots in Hattiesburg , Ms is not like this one. The one in Flowood SUCKS!!!!!!!!
