Vickery Elementary School is recognized by the Texas Education Agency and offers academic classes to more than 550 students in kindergarten through grade five. It has a staff of more than 50 teachers that offers educational programs in reading, math, creative writing, science, social studies, health and physical education, music, technology, language arts and speech. The school offers various academic programs, including spelling and geography bees, gifted and talented education, Title I, English as a Second Language and special education. In addition, the school provides transportation and food services to students. Established in 2003, Vickery Elementary School is a part of the Lewisville Independent School District and is located in Flower Mound, Texas.
