I called to check on how fast they could deliver a refrigerator if I bought one because mine died. I was shocked when they said it would take a week to 2 weeks when they even had the model I wanted in stock! They said their driver was going out of town. They did have another driver to help the next Friday. I can't believe this is how they run their business. I ended up going to Hoelschers and they are delivering the Appliance the following day. Now that is service!
