Had a great experience! Great customer service.

went to office 6-30-08. glasses were to be ready in 2 weeks. went back on 7-11-08. brouthg glasses out ,but they were the wrong pair. these were glasses that would fit a small woman not a large man. not one time did they say we are sorry, we made a mistake,we'll try to make this right, nothing!! told it would take another 2 weeks to get another pair of glasses. told them to do away with anti glare so i could get them sooner.told it would take a couple of days. it has now been over a week and no one has called. no customer service at all. would not wnt anyone goin here.
