an UNPROFESSIONAL - INCONSIDERATE - DISRESPECTFUL - RUDE - ABRUPT group of employees. The office is due to open at 8:30am yet more than once a month people are left to stand outside the door, sometimes in the rain, waiting for the office to open. If this was an ongoing issue in an office where ANYBODY cared about the people coming for help then it would not happen as often as I've seen it happen at this office on Dozier Blvd. I am disgusted with the amount of disrespect shown to the good citizens of this city.
