Wonderful and quiet area. The community is very safe as well, even for a single female. Everyone typically stays to themselves. Apartments are lovely and spacious, long wide living room/ dining room. Upgraded kitchen/ Modern appliances (stainless steel appliances including built-in microwave) and beautiful counters is an added bonus. Maintenance is extremely convenient and quick and the gentlemen is super kind... they even helped me move my car in the snow. Ample parking. The bathroom/ vanity is very big compared to other locations in the area as well. So much closet space... the 1 bedroom even has a walk in closet:)

I moved in April 2013 and ended my lease on April 2014 due to personal reasons, but I have to say that the year I resided there, I was treated fair and if there were any issues (which was minimal) that needed to be addressed, the office manager-Claudia was professional, courteous ,and took care of the matter right away. Maintenance guys are friendly, and kept the complexes cleaned. The lanscaping is well groomed. Neighbors mind their own business, and it is a very quiet environment to live. I would recommend living there.

horrible experience

everything started out good, semi-nice place, good price, nice manager...then as soon as something broke in the apartment(the A/C), everything got really really bad. the a/c went out on a sunday afternoon, we called on monday morning to have it fixed, the maintenance man came shortly after us calling to check it out, he stated that it would have to be replaced and that he would be back after lunch that day to replace it, so we went to work. We came home that night to find that it had not been replaced. we were forced to call the emergency number because it was after 6. we came to find out that they had run out of air conditioners and that they were not expecting any more in until wednesday. now why couldn't the property manager(claudia) call us to let us know this? see normally this wouldn't be such a big deal but this just happened to be the week when it was 100 plus degree's outside, making the inside of the apartment literally 97 degree's. So no communication or care from the part of the property manager. with that incident we wanted to see if there was anything claudia could do for us in regards to rent, for the 3 days. we tried calling them or stoping in, but it seems like everytime we did no one was ever there(and this is dozens of calls and several attempts to go to the office), so we wrote a nice professional letter stating everything that had happened, in the letter we wanted her to call us because we thought it would be better to speak about the matter. with no surprise we got a reply a week later in the form of a letter, not a phone call, and the letter unprofessional and rude. she didn't answer any of the questions that we asked, and stated that they were not going to credit us anything. thats fine but we still wanted to talk to her, is that asking to much? we finnaly got in touch with claudia and requested a meeting. the meeting was a joke, she still didn't answer any of the questions we had, and talked down to us like we were stupid. the kicker is, we asked "what if we had an infant" her response was "thats not really my concern". so its obvious that as soon as they get your money they don't care about you anymore. but in the meeting she stated that we could break the lease if we wanted. fine and we did want to leave because claudia was so unprofesional and rude about everything. i have never delt with such rude, nasty people in my life. so if you think the price is low, well its because the complex is lacking in other area's. such as poor management and bad paint jobs on the interior of the apartments among other things, how bad might you ask? what looked to be a water damaged ceiling was just painted over and i found a fortune cookie fortune that i peeled off the wall because it was painted over. so my advice, stay away from this place, they might seem nice at first, until something breaks.
