The apartment complex is roach infested. You cannot cook without them coming out. Each time they sprayed the apartment that I was living in, it never got rid if them. You go into other apartments and the carpets are filthy. If you can afford them going up $20.00 on your rent every year, well this is the place for you. They moved a tenant in an apartment that was busted for cooking meth, never told her about it. The apartment that I was living in was not worth $600.00. No washer &dryer hook-up. The washer and dryer facility was burned out a year ago, and it has never been reconstructed. There was a leak in my bathroom that I actually texted the video to the manager Sonja Mayberry, and was never fixed. Southern Management Property takes sides with management and what ever you say to them, is not taken into consideration. The water is not safe to drink, it is brown.The pipes are very old, it smells like sewer. I had to keep air freshener in my apartment because of the smell. Move in @ your own risk. The background check is not extensive, you won't have a problem getting in. Because of Rural Development, they have to keep a certain capacity. Sonja Mayberry and Samantha @ Southern Management stated that letters was sent out in October for rent increase on January 1, 2017. Why is it that everyone stating that they did not receive one. They came around going door to door for tenants to sign rent increased forms on January 18, 2017. They put a note on my door dated January 23, 2017. I had already paid my rent for that month. This is not a 30 days notice, as stated in the lease. I told them that I was not the only one who stated that they did not receive a letter. Samantha @ Southern Management stated that I cannot speak for everyone. *I would not recommend Indian Creek Apartments to anyone.*

These apartments are horrible. The landlord now is very rude no kind of appropriate verbal communication skills, talks to you guest nasty telling them were they "Better park or else" and is very racial. They have had numerous snakes in the neighborhood. Stray cats that try to come into your home when the door opens and sometimes can be vicious. The siding is coming off the building the plumbing is not at all in a good standard. The water is brown, and the sink and toliet does not drain properly. Cant get rid of the Roaches not matter how much and what kind of pesticides and you use. Their have been dead rats in the parking lot were the stray cats have killed them. The grass just recently began to get cut at least once a week after a large snake was spotted about a month ago. Tell the children they are to loud when at the playground outside playing.
