Bad Planet Costumes - sent defective costume, HOLE in hat and mismatched material: took over week to get emails; finally offered refund -they required RMA first.... I HAD TO PAY SHIPPING COSTS TO RETURN THEIR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. After 14 days had to write to find out why no refund yet. they said they only pick up the return reports once a week from service they use. After 3 weeks gOt email saying refund processing - took 3 days to show up on my charge card! THEY DID NOT REFUND THE SHIPPING COST CHARGED TO ME FOR THE FIRST TIME! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OUTFIT!
