I recently purchased an HTC Fuze from this AT&T store and had a wonderful and knowledgeable salesperson talking with me. I had a ton of questions and he (Aaron) answered them to the best of his abilities. He was patient and gave me his full attention. While there were a ton of other customers, Aaron along with his other colleague Nathan made sure to address everyone's problems and made sure that they were greeted. I would rate this AT&T store better than other AT&T stores because of their knowledge of the phones, their customer service and most importantly, their ability to relate to their customers. Another AT&T store I visited (AT&T at Waterstone which I would highly recommend to avoid) simply pushed customers to buy packages and even gave me the wrong information about data plans (NO MR. SALESPERSON, you do NOT have to buy a data plan with all smartphones). I have zero confidence buying from a salesperson who simply pushes for buying packages and spends little time actually listening.



From my experience at this AT&T store, I would rate it as exceptional. I liked my trip so much that I even bothered to register just to post about it!

Employee attitude is terrible, customer service is non-exsistent. Rude, indifferent and would never go back. I would hate to see the treatment if there was a problem!
