I never write reviews until now! I visited JCP on Wed. 5/1/2013 with my 10 year old daughter. We had just gone to her Dr. Prior for her injured foot (she is in crutches). As soon as we walked in (by the back of the store) a friendly lady (wish I knew her name) right away offered us a wheelchair. Then when we walked in another sweet lady that works in the register asked us if we wanted her to hold the crutches until we were done shopping. Then she said to just take the wheelchair with me, even out of JCP into the mall and take my time, and just turn it in when I was finished shopping. We have never been treated soooooo nice in a department store (of course, other than the super high end department stores in big cities). I was so impressed. Needless to say, I had originally came into JCP to return some jeans and ended up buying a lot more! I will continue to shop there from now on. Just everyone that worked there that day made our day :)
