This place is very unprofessional. I don't care how many stars they have my experience has been horrific, and wouldn't recommend them at all. They failed to reply to me in a timely fashion on 3 occasions and then became very argumentative over the phone. The information that was given to me from different employees and management was not the same.Perhaps they have a good client base and do not want any new customers. I will definitely be going else were.

Great local business to order custom apparel, signs, banners, sticks, decals, and much more! Very easy to work with, helpful, and friendly staff to help design and give suggestions. Highly recommend to any musicians, local businesses, clubs, and groups looking for customized items.

I've been having these guys customize all my stuff for over 3 years now, they're pretty awesome. I also have a website where I sell custom shirts, its nice that I can have them screen print the shirts at a low enough price for me to resell them and still make a killing. I'm not sure who wrote the other review (probably a competitor who doesn't like them lol) but, I have my biz cards done through them as well and I have nothing but good things to say. We ordered business cards after moving locations in October and paid up front. The agreement was that they would design a card and send us a proof right away. After that we could discuss any changes and then get them printed. The proof that was sent (about 3 weeks later) left me speechless, not in a good way! It looked like a cut and paste, clipart, 4th grade project. That is completely honest, no exaggeration. We sent a scanned image of our old business cards, which were designed with Vistaprint, and told them that we wanted them to be similar to those, but with the correct information of our new location. After not hearing from them for a while again, I called and asked about them and they said they had ordered our cards and were waiting for them to come in. I mentioned that we hadn't received a proof of that card and hadn't given the go-ahead to print the cards. They said they would get on it as soon as possible and get the new proof sent out to us. I JUST received the proof on January 16th and it was nearly IDENTICAL to the first joke they sent us... I called again, to discuss the cards and to send a copy of the NEW card I have ordered in the meantime. He told me it would be about a half a week and he'd get working on a new proof. I asked if he makes his other customers wait over 3 months to get their business cards made and he said "It depends on what other orders come in today. I could get it done if we don't have other orders first."...

In my opinion, this is not how you should run a business. After we get these cards, we will NOT ever order from them again, no matter how the cards turn out or hoe great of a value they are!
