I had the same experience as Meleanie. They called the day before my wedding and said the party bus was in the shop. I asked if we were getting something of equivalent size. They said it was bigger. The next day a large red charter bus showed up at my house to pick me up. This is the very same red charter bus that sits with a 'for sale' sign on Hill Rd at this time. I also ordered the Wedding Package. I was told to give our names, that there would be a printed sticker on the vehicle with our names. Along with champagne included. There was no wedding package on this bus. Also, the driver looked like he was ready to head to a baseball game. There was a step that he was placing at the base of the bus for us when entering and exiting. Eventually he stopped doing that for us and we began moving the step ourselves. He also claimed to have no idea where we were going for the day. I had to give him directions to every location. Even though the email with receipt states all locations and stated Wedding Package. When inquiring on a refund for lack of services we were paying for, they simply said we were given a service and they were not giving a refund. Also stated they don't have a wedding package and no one would have sold that to us. Terrible service, STAY AWAY for your special day!

Don't use this limo service. They wait till the last minute to call and tell you they are not able to accomodate you because the limo is in the shop (2 hours before my bachelorette party). They call and say they have something for you but it is a bus, not a party bus, but a charter bus. I asked if there was going to be a problem for my wedding at this time and he assured me there would be no problem. The week before our wedding I get a phone call from a friend of his saying he sold the limo we wanted and he is going to get us something. The something ended up being a Escalade that he borrowed from someone else onle for the back door on the drivers side to not work and the rubberstripping handing on the inside and hot air coming in from a gaping hole because it doesn't correctly shut. The tv had been punched in and a few mirrors as well and the liner not attached to the cieling. The radio didn't work and the air didn't work. We had to ride in 85 degree weather with the windows down.

I rented the 27 passenger bus for an outing to the Detroit area on 03-21-09. The bus was clean and the driver was awesome!! The rate was fantastic and you will be hard pressed to find a better deal. Check out the website. There are several vehicles to fit your needs.
