SLAMMING WARNING: CUSTOM LAWN CARE’S HIDDEN POLICIES
If you receive an offer from Custom Lawn Care, be sure to research their policies on their web site prior to “signing up” in any form. I thought I had purchased a group of lawn services for 2017 based solely upon their unsolicited offer received in the mail. CLS later sent some junk mail offering additional services and cleverly included an after-the-fact notice that implied since you were a customer, they would consider you signed up for continuous service unless you cancelled. I threw away their mailings since I only wanted what I contracted for not continuous service. We moved out of the house in January and they sprayed it in April without my permission. If you don’t pay they’ll threaten you with a collection agency.

Received services for 2014 and 2015 and have never been more happy with my lawn. No weeds and a lush green lawn, my neighbors have also signed up with Custom since I started services.

Don't talk with them on the phone. They will sign you up for service you may or may not want. I told them to send me information and I would compare with my current lawn service. they called back and I told them i didn't want their service. Next day they sprayed my lawn and wanted payment. When I told them I didn't order the service, they insisted I had. Now they have sent the account to collections Bad customer service all around.
