I used RR cleaners (flemington location) 2 times. The first time I had no real issues to speak of, but I was only getting a laundering service. The secpond time I dropped off a couple items of my husbands inclusing a beautiful (and EXPENSIVE) silk shirt. I picked the items up when done and hung them up. When my husband went to wear the shirt we noticed white blochy spots all over the shirt and drip marks where the color had ran out of the silk shirt. When i went there and nicely asked about what happened the owner (older Korean man) said I brought the shirt in like that, and it was not from him! He was insistant, so I left and vowed never to go there again. I too own a business, and when you make a mistake its best to admit it, and try to make it right. Not accuse your customer of wrong doing! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Plaza Cleaners down the road is who I am using from now on!
