This is the best thing I ever did. I dropped my Planet Fitness membership because it's worthless. I have gotten better results in such a short amount of time than when I was at the other place. The licensed instructors are helpful and care about their students. They always make sure form is utmost importance over weight. All the equipment is top notch by Rogue. Facility is clean and inviting and the prices are fair if not below the competitors. I could not ask for more. I highly recommend this facility. Come and see what I'm talking about. What do you have to lose?
