They Have Great Service Department that opens super early for oil changes.. They Do Great service and you don't wait long. I would highly recommend them over any Ford Dealership in the area!

I Rarely do reviews but this one is a must..... I went online to see what Crest Ford had to offer. They had a feature the was a credit score estimator. I tried it and the number was higher than my actual score. Let's just say that our credit isn't the greatest. I provided my email to see if someone could help us out. Mr. Christopher Merriman emailed me back and started a dialog with us. He was very helpful. I have dealt with many car salesmen in my time and most of them I find hard to trust but not Mr. Merriman. He was really working for us trying to get us into the car we wanted and not just trying to make a sale. To make a long story short he was able to help us. We would recommend others to stop by Crest Ford and talk to Mr. Merriman.

Worst dealer ever. I don't think they can find their way out of their own parking lot. Lied to my son about the sales deal. Filled out paperwork wrong. Caused lots of grief. I would drive a 1000 miles if I had to just to use a different dealer. They give Ford motor company a bad name.

CREST FORD Flat Rock is the best dealership and has the best service department of any Ford dealership downriver hands down. They are customer friendly, efficient, and do quality work. Recently had service at Crest Ford. They were open earlier so I could get my oil change done before we left on vacation. Not only were they really fast, but they also took the time to look at a small issue I was having, and fixed that as well. Great service that I would recommend to any Ford owner!

I went to Crest to purchase my first vehicle. I am an A plan customer and had been to a couple other dealers previously and was not treated well because they knew I was going to purchase Ford no matter what. My experience at Crest was amazing. Brent took the time to answer all of my questions, allowed my husband and I to take the time to discuss, and made sure we were completely satisfied before driving the car off the lot. My husband and I dealt with our sales person again, Chris Merriman. We started working with him last year and he has been great! He explains everything in full detail and makes sure you are not getting steered in the wrong direction. He always shows you the best way to save money, or to get the better deal. He truly takes the time to go over every detail which is always helpful. He is very dedicated to his job and we will continue doing business with him. Thank you Chris!

My experience at Crest Ford was fantastic! My dad sent me to them after being satisfied doing business with them previously. They really worked with me on pricing to get me into a brand new 2014 Focus. I worked with Dan, who was very helpful, friendly, and patient, as the process took a few weeks to complete. I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for great service in their car buying experience!

I brought my 2010 Escape into Crest Ford to be serviced. While I waited I decided to look at new cars. I worked with Chris Merriman to see what my options were for selling my Escape and purchasing or leasing a new vehicle. I ended up selling my 2010 Escape and leasing a new 2014 Titanium Escape. Every time I have gone to Crest Ford for sales or service, they have always been great to work with. After having bad experiences at several other dealerships with both sales and service, this is the only dealership I will visit!

The only good reviews for this place are from new car buyers, wonder why, cuz any jerk can sell a new car, it takes a special kind of jerk to rip off a hard working family man, like one named mike 'z'(should be mike 'd'. I bought a certified used car w/ low miles, well the mechanics must be morons,
