I rented an item. It did not work. I used other manual tools at my house to finish the job. I took the rented equipment back and told the clerk that it did not work as it should have. He also assumed that I was using it wrong and caused the problem. I explained my situation clearly and he still insisted that I caused the problem. I asked what was done to make sure equipment was working properly. He said they have a person who works in the back. I said well they blew it on this one. He said I was being aggressive and was going to refund my money. He told me to leave. Bad business. The customer is always right! Don't argue with a customer. apologize and don't make excuses or even blame the customer. I won't be back to rent from them again.

Wife went into store to buy two 2 inch bulkhead fittings.. and a spanner wrench. The manager and 1 additonal clerk were handed a note that said 2" bulkhead fitting... She explained it was for a plastic water tank... They did not understand what she wanted so they gave her two fire hose fittings. When I asked why they sold her that -- I was told it was because they were not sure what she needed but the fittings they sold her would screw into a bulkhead fitting... I was in a bad mood since I had just spent 20 dollars in gas to come into town to get the correct fittings and when the manager refused to sell them to me... I showed him where they were on his shelves... and then left.. He was not easy to talk with even though he knew he sold her the wrong parts -- in his opinion he did nothing wrong.. He either can't read or comprehend the written or spoken word... He and his fellow clerk failed to sell the proper part causing much more expense than needed. They also made the wife feel very uneasy about buying the part since she didn't know what it looked like and how to identify it other than the title that is also on the sticker on the shelf.. They really did me a favor by refusing service.. I went to Canyon Pipe Company and bought the same 2" bulkhead fitting for less than half the price so they are charging way to much for their fittings...
