My husband and I were on a 7 day vacation in Flagstaff when our Infiniti G37 broke down about 30 miles north of Flagstaff. Both the DPS officer who stopped to help and the tow truck driver recommended 7 Day Auto so that was a good sign to us. Even though the car ended up being towed back to Scottsdale to the dealership for an engine replacement, I can’t thank 7 Day Auto enough for the care they gave us when we were going through a very stressful time. The tow truck driver dropped the car off for us in the evening so the following morning, we called 7 Day Auto to give them the details and to tell them that we would call a cab to pick us up and take us there so we could give them the keys. They offered to drive to our hotel to pick up the keys from us and were at our hotel within 20 minutes. Wow! We weren’t expecting that! When we got the word that the engine was bad, we were devastated and thought that we were going to be out of a car. They were the ones who suggested we talked to the company that changed our oil because they were at fault. Well, they were right! They were at fault and we were able to get a brand new engine from the insurance company thanks to 7 Day Auto leading us in the right direction. They worked closely with the insurance adjuster and were able to prove that the oil change plug wasn’t tightened correctly. They kept the car at their garage for over 10 days while we were dealing with the insurance. A few days in, our insurance company told us that if we were being charged storage fees from 7 Day Auto, we would need to move the car someplace else. We didn’t know where to move it or how to handle that so my husband called 7 Day Auto and asked how much the storage fees were and their response was “We’re not charging you any storage fees. Of course not!” What a relief! We knew our car was safe and we really appreciated the updates and the help with dealing with the insurance. I would recommend them to ANYBODY after the care we received!

Best place in town, no doubt. They treated me and my car the same way my father did when I was home in California. The crew is very honest, and very knowledgeable. I also really appreciated that they took the time to explain in layman terms what was wrong under my hood. Definitely recommend 7 day auto to everybody who needs their car worked on, and I will be returning when the need arises again. Thanks 7 day auto!

I must say that Seven Day Auto has to be the best auto shop in town. The mechanics are very truthfull, helpfull, and fast! They are open 7 days a week, which is very convenient for the travelers they may need some work done! I owe a HUGE thank you to Ron (owner) and Carl for all the help, and of course the team! I will continue taking my vehicles to this shop as long as I live in Flagstaff.
