WARNING!!WARNING!! Katts towing and recovery/ JARR towing and recovery are the same company. WARNING!! These are the common bottom scrapers who prey on helpless individuals. Jordan riepe and Andy keenan are two different owners but work as a sick team on katt towing and recovery. Be warned these two are the same company. They will pose as not an towing company but individuals who are wanting to help you with evaluating the damage for free and from there will give you a price. They say, they dont charge as a much as a towing company but they charge twice as much.Nothing is free with them. If you give them the Okay to look at your car, they Automatically assume they have the job and ask for your keys. If you don't use the services, they make sure to ruin your life and make getting your car worst. Please don't use. Spread the word about this company. Save another individual from having to experience this. I will be writting to the better business Bureau. This place needs to be shut down.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! I cannot even begin to say the terrible experience that I had with this company. They were rude, disrespectful, arrogant, unprofessional, and the list can go on! They monitor lots by themselves to make easy money and target girls. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with and long story short, I ended up being so uncomfortable being at the towing place, that I had to have my credit that they had to give me put back on my card in another way because I feared for my safety going back to those people again! If you do not want to put yourself in a risky situation or deal with incompetent employees who will try and intimidate you, then DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They tried to intimidate the wrong female college student because I will never give into bullies such as this company. Companies are getting rid of them as their towing company because what they do is not only unlawful, but absolutely unprofessional. I got towed unlawfully and honestly feared for my safety being in there with these employees that are beyond terrible people and UNPROFESSIONAL! GET THEM OUT OF BUSINESS BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE, because someone could get hurt.

Absolutely feckless. I will waste no more of my life describing my frustrations with this unprofessional, confrontational, and shoddy business. Do heed this warning, however, NEVER use this companies services. If towed, do not speak to them. Simply pay your fine and leave. The employees are the most argumentative individuals I have ever encountered and have no inhibition in showing the pleasure they take from making the situation(s) as difficult and self-serving as possible. Please, take these words seriously.

This guy has a road rage problem. I can't believe law enforcement allows this guy to drive a tow truck. After trying to run me off the road he then proceeds to follow me to the mall and try to start something. What a piece of work!! People had told me this guy was a rip-off crook, just like his brother who has US Metro scum towing, but now I have first hand experience and believe it for myself. This kind of unstable individual should be under some sort of supervision. I guess when all you can do is troll parking lots, overcharge, and do repo's you become an angry nutjob. I would rather walk or wait a long time for a reputable company than to let this guy anywhere near my car. Please take my advice and stay away from both of these guys.

My brother was stranded outside of Flagstaff and this place hung up on us and would not answer the phone. Why not just say cant go the distance so sorry.Stay far away from this company.

I called these guys because they were first in the yellow pages. They quoted a price of $55 to tow my 95 ford mustang here in Flagstaff and that was exactly what it cost me. I've use other tow companies before and it's hard to know what the tow is going to cost because of the mileage charges and other fees that I don't even know what they mean. I recommend using them because they quote there price before thay leave and stick by it when they're done with the job. They were on time and friendly too.

Boyt do they ripp you off, and it seemed like the driver towed a car for the first time,STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. Off road recovery ? What a joke they do not even own a 4x4 tow truck.

I would never have these guys tow my vehicle as one of them nearly ran me off the road!!!!!! What are you doing trying to create your own business????? Don't you get enough trolling parking lots?? STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!

I have AAA and 2 of the companies I was referred to use could not come out. I am so glad I have internet on my cellphone. I found this company they came right out pulled out my Toyota. I expected a horrific bill because of the emergency, but they offered surprizingly reasonable rates. I would have paid more at that point I was pissed off at those 2 other companies. Thanks
