I went to all 3 shops in town, and Flagstaff Hearth and Home was the easiest to work with. The sales people at Hearth and Home did a great job of picking the right fireplace for the application.

Purchased a Travis Industries gas fireplace insert from FH&H and the install was seamless and timely. Very satisfied with my unit and dealings with this business and highly recommend them. Local folks!

Harrison provided excellent repair service when several components of the gas fireplace in my elderly mother's home were malfunctioning. The pilot light would not stay lit. The fireplace had been installed over 15 years ago when the home was built and it had been recently cleaned. Harrison ordered a replacement part which was delayed due to heavy snow in early March. He immediately ordered overnight delivery of the same part through another company. Harrison was good at keeping us informed. He arrived on time, kept the area clean as he worked, and explained each repair. The fireplace has been heating flawlessly now for several weeks and my mother was charged a very reasonable price for parts and labor. We are pleased with Harrison's quality of work and customer service.

One of the best experiences I've ever had and so happy I found my old serviceman!!! Called this company because the company I used last year let go their only courteous and amazing serviceman who serviced my gas stove, fireplace and wood burning stove last year. Well, I heard through the grapevine that Harrison is working for Flagstaff Hearth and Home so I decided to give them my business. Harrison does an amazing job educating people on not only the unit they have, but also what the problem is and how we can fix it together. I'm so glad he works for this company now and not the old company, because the Chimney Sweep shop out on 89 going toward Townsend/Winona in Flagstaff has really gone down hill and laughed at me when I asked to have Harrison sent back out to my property. Whelp, no need to call them anymore!!!

We have 2 fireplace inserts in our home which were installed when we built it 25 yrs. ago. One of them has never worked right with intermittent problems getting it to turn on. Finally it would not turn on at all. I had 2 other local companies come to fix it. 1 removed a critical part completely which did nothing for the fireplace. The other came twice and finally said don't call me again to fix this and quit throwing money at this one. You need to buy a new one. I finally walked into Hearth & Home, discussed my problem and scheduled an appt. They came quickly, fixed it, and the fireplace worked without a hiccup for the entire winter. These folks were friendly, responsive and best ever they fixed my fireplace. Will definitely call them again if I need them.

Troy and his people were highly professional and responsive to every request that we had. It was a challenging project that required some hand holding which he was very happy to do. He made our lives easier. I would hire him again without thought,

did not show up on time for 1st apointment. When they did show up the service rep. did not know what to do after spending an hr discussing issues with the owner. Rep. Spent 15min lighting a pilot. Charged for a hour and when requested to come back and deal with the problem wantted to charge more. Shoddy wk ethics.
