The first time I went to this hair salon was because someone at Aveda totally messed up my virgin hair. I went in for a haircut and got talked into highlights. I said fine but nothing with an orange tone (I have very dark hair), only ash browns. Of course they came out neon orange - and the thing I liked the least is how it was handled. I was treated poorly and was rescheduled so they could get it fixed. Well, I went in for that appointment and they made me wait for close to an hour and then came out and told me to leave because they couldn't fix it. Horrible experience all around. To remedy this hair tragedy, I went into Fantastic Sams and Denise fixed my hair. She toned down the highlights and saved the day so I wouldn't have to wear a hat to hide the hideous disaster they did at Aveda. That was last year. Today I went in to Fantastic Sams for highlights, and again Denise did an amazing job! Make sure you get her if you go, you will not regret it!
