Ripped me off after requests for a brief reprieve on payment They, I find are notorious for this!

I rented here for almost two years, and was juggling space as I moved multiple times. They worked with me through it all to help me get the best rate and keep only the space I needed! Thanks!!!

I rented a storage unit and RV place. On-site management took very good care of me while I was there. Very caring managers that went out of their way to help fulfill my needs.

II love when you find a place like this in a small town. The Owners are kind and helpful. The facilities are clean and secure. I feel safe leaving my valuables... Thank You

I only use my trailer in the summer, the rest of the time it is stored at Empire. I want to thank the people at Empire for the many years of making me feel that my vehicle was safe under their care. I have become aware that after weather such as rain and snow that the staff has inspected the stored vehicles making sure they had weathered the storm well. Thanks!

Empire Mine Storage is very clean and most important, I had the feeling that my belongings would be very safe! The manager was courtious and helpful. This will be the Storage place I use now and in the future.Kathysue

I actually just moved my storage stuff to Empire from another storage place that drove me crazy! I actually DROVE to research several storage places for some things I wanted out of my garage. I had a huge, wooden doll house and some furniture my daughter out grew and tons of files from a previous business. I choose Empire based on GOOD PRICES, LONGER HOURS to access my things and most important for me since I have to go there A LOT, it's EASY to get in and out. You will appreciate Empire's self storage site, it's NOT a maze crowded with tons of people constantly moving their stuff in and out and having to wait for them to get out of the way when your in a hurry! Also I liked their manager, she was easy going and stayed open late waiting for me one night.

At the end of November, I completed my rental term on 2 storage units with Empire Storage. I left the units absolutely clean and without any damage. I gave them 10 days written notice to vacate even though the contract calls for 5 days notice. ######They've screwed me over on my security deposit, broken their own written agreement and Arizona Revised Statutes 33-341 B. I will be suing them over the measely security deposit due to the principal involved and the fact that if they've screwed me, then, they're screwing lots and lots of people and those little measely fees add up to free money for them.######Renter beware! By the way, there are many better storage facilities for cheaper rates with some even giving the first month's free.
