Prior to meeting Randi, I had done laser hair removal on my face (to help combat PCOS) with mediocre results. I didn't think Randi could offer a different experience, but figured I'd try since the first appointment was free. Randi was thorough, professional and friendly, explaining the difference between electrolysis and laser hair removal and every other question I threw at her. And I have been a client ever since. I highly recommend her!
