Seriously? First time seeing Dr. Rosales. I had a five minute appointment where he took 3 slivers of toenail to test for fungus. He billed $400 for that five minutes and coded it as a "surgery". His billing person said all toenail trimmings are billed as surgeries. How sad for the elderly people with diabetes who need assistance. If one toenail coat me $400, I can only imagine what all ten cost! Good thing Med school taught him to do what most of the world's children can do for themselves. Bedside manner is off too. Flag doesn't offer a ton of choices but choose wisely and ask questions before you get charged $400 for a five minute appointment. Insane.

It was the holiday season, and I had a foot issue and Dr. Rosales was able to fit me into his schedule. Dr. Rosales and his staff have been the most professional and accommodating each time I have visited Flagstaff Foot Doctors. I highly recommend Dr. Rosales and Flagstaff Foot Doctors to anyone with a podiatry issue. Thank you, Dr. Rosales!

I was treated by Dr. Rosales for foot pain and orthotics that his office made that didn't work. He said he could replace them over the phone, then changed his story once I was at his office. He didn't remember any call or have notes. He doesn't take notes! He then proceeded to tell me that the problem wasn't with the orthotic but was in my head. I was trying to walk in them the wrong way. He was very rude and condescending in both tone and manner and told me it was my problem and there was nothing he could do.

Please save yourself the time and money, and go to a REAL doctor. This guy doesn't have a clue. You can check this out with the Arizona Podiatry Association as I sent them and the insurance company a letter regarding his actions.

I have a pair of unusable shoe inserts if anyone wants them!!
