The shop took 2 weeks to install a front sway bar on my vehicle. One day after getting my car back the shoddy welding broke. Before fixing the problem the shop owner accused me of driving the car too hard.

I had my son's suspension repaired with American Spring after another shop in Flagstaff, AZ had really messed things up. It took a bit of time, (they ARE a specialty shop), but they were able to diagnose and repair most of the problems. The level of customer service is fantastic! Scott, (the owner), called us within a few days to ask if everything was working well, and when I told him that it was still pulling slightly to the left, he told us to bring it back in at OUR convenience, and they would correct it for free.I am really happy with the service that we received, and will be taking all of our suspension work to American Spring from now on. 5 stars just isn't enough...
