Provided by YPmobileStore manager Adam was very unwilling to provide any level of technical customer support with regards to AT&T software update. After spending 10+ hours on the phone with customer support I just wanted personalized support and all he could offer was to call the manufacturer. Anyone can sell a phone but service after the sale is what really counts. I won't be going back to this store again.
