Arthor, you are not a friend, you are a liar & someone needs to teach you how to tell time!!. Your rusted 2008 Scion with over 150,000 miles on it was at our place for over 3 hrs. 2 of those hrs it was being worked on in our shop. The labor guide all us honest shops gave 1.9 hrs just to change the rear shocks!! [ which the siezed lower mounting bolts had to be carefully freed up so they would not snap!!
You were only charged 1.5 hrs to replace your own part,and when you left you said it was a fair price. I bet you bring your own food to the restaurant and expect them to cook it for free too!! Of course we can contact you since the phone number you gave us was turned off & we drove by the rd you said you lived on & none of the broken down shacks were yours. Contact me and if you can prove we were dishonest [something we have never done to any of our customers for 48 yrs] i will gladly give you all your money back plus $500.00!!!! Hopefully you will read this, be a man and contact us!!

An unpleasant feeling of deceit! The manager our “friend” John told us that it took him 2 hours for the anti sway bar to be installed, so the amount that we needed to pay for it was $ 150 to get installed. The car was really worked on for 15 min ( including the test drive) For more than an hour our car was standing in the parking lot, which we were witnesses as we were nearby! Expensive parking at this car center! Unfortanently not all people have a sense of shame and decency.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE - THE BEST IN TOWN!!!!! Your expertise saved us a ton of money and having to do major engine work on our vehicle. Thank you for figuring out what the problem was. Also the deal you gave us last year on our tires was the BEST deal in town. You guys are true professionals, hard working, honest and a pleasure to do business with. I have known John, owner of C & V for many years and have always brought my family cars to his shop for all repairs. They are honest, dependable, reliable and very friendly. His work has always been excellent. I would highly recommend before going anywhere else.

I feel like everybody thinks they know the best shop for car repairs, but unless they're going to C & V, they're mistaken. The staff is amazing, they're personable and incredibly knowledgeable, and they always keep you posted with the status of your car. One time, while they were doing work on my previous car, they kept the shop open an hour late so it would be ready for me in the morning. That was unbelievable, and it's consistent experiences like that which have made me a loyal C & V customer. They absolutely go above and beyond to keep your costs low and perform excellent work on your vehicle. I wish I could give C & V some extra credit bonus stars because five really isn't enough!

I been serviced by C & V for over 20 yrs. A very professional staff that goes the extra mile. I have always got the work done right and at reasonable rates. I recommend them to family and friends and will continue having my car serviced there.

The service and staff at C&V are way above the rest. An honest price charged for work honestly needed. I have been taking my car there for nearly ten (10) years and have NEVER had an issue. Surely the individual in the last review has left something out of the story. Sounds like sour grapes to me. Perhaps you asked them to pass your vehicle on an inspection when it was not road worthy. Do you realize a rusted through frame, in an accident, could very easily cause your death or severe injury. What about the others involved in the accident. Kudos to the staff for doing the right thing per NYS Law!! I tell all my friends and family what a wonderful place C&V is.

C&V auto employes incompetent mechanics. Went there for an inspections. I was told I need rear brakes.when I what I needed it was front brakes. when I told I would do the rear brakes myself they poked holes into my chassis.and failed my car inspection.so if you go there be prepared to pay for something you may not need.

JOHN AND HIS CREW AT C&V HAVE HELPED ME OUT MANY TIMES.THEY ARE HONEST AND TERRIFIC MECHANICS.JOHN WILL GO OUT OF HIS WAY FOR HIS CUSTOMERS.IT'S ONE PLACE YOU KNOW THE JOB IS DONE RIGHT AND YOU GET A FAIR PRICE.BY THE WAY I BRING 5 CARS TO HIM FROM 2012 TO CLASSIC CARS.

John at C&V Auto beat the dealership price of a tune-up by $100!! John and his staff are courteous and friendly. I am a woman, walked into the shop and was treated with understanding and respect. John took the time to explain what they would do and WHY! My car runs great and he has a customer for life. Get to C&V as soon as possible. Tires are going on my car now - $35 less than Mavis and that's gas money! Great service, great price, awesome establishment!
