Worst landlords I mean slumlords ever.. over charged for a matchbox apartment, never fixed a damn thing.. we had electrical issues the whole 2.5 years we lived there. The fence was knocked down by the owners son they NEVER came to fix other even with the neighbors having three pit bulls. Our roof leaked and Kelly said there is no chance mold could grow. Well it did my son was having respiratory problems that soon went away after moving out of there. I highly recommend finding another company to rent from. We put in several work orders and Eric would say he would be out... two days later still no call no show after we put our daily lives on hold for the inconsiderate a.. then Kelly has the nerve to say we rubbed them the wrong way by being a little upset. With out missing a beat I told her they rubbed us the wrong way with the lack of professional courtesy.
