We hired Fieldstone LLC (now Eagle Stone and Brick) to reface our fireplace.

Pros:

Nice showroom with friendly and helpful staff.

Subcontractors were very nice and took great care to keep a clean work area.

Once the issues were corrected the finished fireplace looks great.


Cons:
Day of scheduled install had to call the salesperson at 10am to inquire when the workers were going to show.

Day of install (9/27/2017) Subcontractors didn't show until 11:30. After they unloaded the truck they took a lunch break and started work around 12:30 and finished around 7pm.

Took 7 days (10/5/2017) from the scheduled install before the salesperson came out to inspect the damaged hearthstone and mortar installation issues.

Was told by the salesperson on the day of the inspection he would call the next week (10/9/2017 - 10/13/2017) to schedule an appointment to get the issues corrected. However, we had to call Fieldstone directly two weeks later (10/23/2017) to get an update since he never contacted us.
