Great service every time we get out trucks serviced here and have always had a fair experience and helpful advise.

The service people are just Ruse and they tell you one time to pick up your vehicle and it's not done and then another time. They don't call you to tell you what's going on you have to keep up on them. Their towing is fine and the times is good.

Car died near the freeway, thought it was a battery. Called AAA and they sent out a truck, within an hour, checked out electrical system and determined it was an alternator. Called AAA and they had a truck picking up my car within 15 minutes. Both drivers were professional and courteous. Vehicle is being repaired at their (Woody's) shop. Will complete comments after repairs are completed (need to get a part).

OK, can now say that the entire process went exceptionally well. They had my car overnight, obtained the parts, completed the repair and restored me to my vehicle as promised. Cost to repair was as estimated and matched what I had estimated with online search for labor and part costs. They also credited me the core discount they received from the part supplier. All in all, would highly recommend this facility. I suggest the bad reviews may be associated with the state of mind of some of their customers (this is where State Police impound vehicles from DUI /DWI stops). I would recommend this facility to friends and family.
