The scumbags at this place put me and my son in very serious danger! First, they tried to convince me I needed new tires when I did not. I went in for an alignment. They refused to do the alignment unless I agreed to buy 2 new tires for the front. When I declined the new tires, I just told them to put the 2 tires back on my car. They used an impact to force the wrong lugnuts on one of the wheels, snapping 2 of the four studs and completely stripping the other 2! My rims have center caps, so I was not aware of that. The very next day, I went to a "real" mechanic for a second opinion about my tires. As soon as they removed the center cap, they informed me of what Kan Rock had done. They told me that had I got on the expressway the wheel would almost CERTAINLY snapped off because 2 studs were NOT sufficient. Now at 70 mph imagine what would happen if a front wheel snaps off.....I immediately called Kan Rock and spoke with the same manager that was there the day before. He did NOT even try to deny it. He knew darn well what they had done. He knew darn well it was putting my family in serious danger. I had to talk him into paying for half of the $72 it cost me to have the studs & lugnuts replaced!!!! On top of everything else, my tires were just fine! Belle Tire simply rotated the tires, and everything is perfect. So to sum it up, Kan Rock tried to rip me off by trying to convince me that I needed new tires, even though my tires are in flawless condition. They damaged my car, lied to me by not telling me about it, and covered it up so I wouldn't see it. Putting my family in danger by covering it up. Then refused to pay more than half what it cost me to fix the damage they did!! DO NOT TRUST KAN ROCK!!

I have tried to contact their corporate offices about a non service issue and I have left messages, e-mails and texts and do they didn't have the courtesy to at least acknowledge the communication was received or even read. If this is the way the corporate people communicate with general inquiries, I do believe that they probably do not care much about public inquiries about the store services. Kan Rock doesn't rock!

I will never go here ever again and I advise everyone not to go here !!! spent $800.00 getting stuff done there brakes EXC and they were sapost to do an oil change... I drove my car for about 2 weeks then started smelling burning oil took it to P D Q and they said they;KAN ROCKnever changed the oil! I even asked the guy at kan rock and he told me yes they did ! my car started acting up and i took it back! KAN ROCK said O it has nothing to do with there being no oil in it .. SO!! I took it somewhere else and now they said its my engine from NO OIL its going to cost me alot more now they have no Idea what they are doing over there ... Im very upset that the guy would lie about the oil and then try to cover his but by saying it had nothing to do with my car acting up! DONT GO THERE TO GET OIL CHANGED THEY LIE!!!!
